As these are personalized items, we cannot accept returns. However, if your order arrives damaged or incorrect, please contact us, and we’ll be happy to assist.

We will send a digital copy of your design to you to approve within 7 days of receiving your personalization file (if submitted via our website when paying, this will apply from the date your order is placed). Please allow up to 6 weeks from payment for your order to be delivered (many orders are completed quicker than this; however, orders with many amendments to artwork or delays receiving personalization information or approval for printing may result in a longer lead time).
